Returns and Refunds
Our return policy only applies to defective items upon delivery. You need to raise your claim within 24 hours of delivery date.
In case of a delivery of defective boxes, you contact us and we will retrieve the defective boxes and send you the same replacement order within the agreed upon delivery date.
We will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your defective items and for sending you the replacement order.
